I just received word that the judge has NOT thrown out the Smartmatic case. This fight is going forward.

And everybody, we need your help right now.

For years, I’ve told you I would never quit this fight—and I meant it. Every single day we’re facing mounting fines and enormous legal fees, but now we also have an incredible opportunity to bring critical new evidence into these proceedings.

President Trump has released government information that was previously unavailable to the American people, and our legal team believes this evidence is extremely important. We have served that evidence on Smartmatic, and we’re going to fight to get the truth into this case.

I’m not doing this for me. I’m doing it for Minnesota, for every state in this country, and for every American who deserves to know that when they cast their ballot, their vote counts exactly as they intended.

And look at what’s happening right here in Minnesota! We’re pursuing our historic paper-ballot hand-count audit. We have an opportunity to count the paper, compare it with the reported results, and show America why we must get back to paper ballots, hand counted.
